La comunicación asertiva en el contexto universitario

Abstract

La comunicación de la familia con estudiantes y docentes de Licenciatura en Educación Primaria del Curso por Encuentros constituye una necesidad, pues precisa de la participación de la familia en el proceso formativo, para lograr una comunicación asertiva entre estudiantes, docentes y la familia. El problema científico a resolver es: la falta de orientación en la familia desde la universidad, limita su participación en el proceso formativo profesional del estudiante. Se formula como objetivo: la elaboración de una estrategia pedagógica sustentada en un modelo pedagógico, que favorezca la orientación a la familia en función de la comunicación asertiva entre estudiantes, docentes y familia. Se utilizaron materiales como: Modelo del profesional, Plan de Estudios E y documentos normativos sobre la educación familiar. Se emplearon métodos teóricos como: histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético e inductivo-deductivo; empíricos como: observación, encuesta y entrevistas, y como estadístico el estudio de caso. Se obtuvieron resultados positivos en el desarrollo de la expresión oral y escrita de los estudiantes y las relaciones interpersonales entre ellos.
