Buenas prácticas comunicacionales y liderazgo sustentable del docente en el aula

Abstract

En este artículo se demuestra la relevancia que tiene la aplicación de un liderazgo sustentable y prácticas comunicacionales por parte del docente en el aula. Con este fin, se ha estudiado bibliografía especializada de los últimos diez años en la temática y se han indagado testimonios de experiencias exitosas de varios docentes en diversas asignaturas y países de la región, con el afán de comprender la importancia de apostar a un liderazgo sustentable, mejorando elperformance en el aula, pudiendo captar la atención del receptor y su entendimiento. Con el afán de saber si realmente es importante poder aplicar acciones y premisas de liderazgo y comunicación para poder entender y ser comprendido. En conclusión, se visualizó la relevancia de establecer un lazo docente-estudiante, buscando la forma de generar empatía con este, por medio de diferentes herramientas.
