Abstract

La investigación tiene como objeto de estudio la capacitación de los profesores del nivel Secundaria Básica. El problema científico referido a las insuficiencias que presentan para la dirección del proceso de fortalecimiento de la educación en valores. Como objetivo se plantea la elaboración de una alternativa pedagógica que contribuya a la capacitación a los profesores de las Secundarias Básicas Urbanas en la dirección del proceso de fortalecimiento de la educación en valores durante la práctica escolar y social. La alternativa pedagógica propuesta tiene carácter pedagógico. Persigue la preparación del docente, para un fin socialmente determinado.
