Contribución a la identidad artemiseña desde los movimientos de formación de educadores en Artemisa

Abstract

En la provincia de Artemisa se ha planteado el reto de la configuración y/o formación de su identidad. El objetivo del artículo está centrado en socializar los resultados de la aplicación de un sistema de acciones que contribuyó al fomento de la identidad artemiseña desde los movimientos de formación de educadores en Artemisa entre 1958 y 2014. Se utilizaron métodos de investigación como el histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis; estudio documental, y como técnica la entrevista. Las acciones permitieron la reconstrucción de la memoria histórica de los movimientos de formación de educadores, las identidades pedagógicas y demostraron que la configuración y/o formación de la identidad debe transitar de una concepción espontánea y poco organizada, a una concepción estructurada.
