La orientación a canalizadores de niños con retraso mental

Abstract

Una de las problemáticas actuales en los estudios es sobre la atención a los canalizadores de niños con retraso mental, por lo que el trabajo ofrece los fundamentos teóricos y actividades para la orientación en la Escuela Especial “Camilo Cienfuegos†. El estudio se realizó como parte del proyecto de investigación de la Universidad de Las Tunas “Influencias de las agencias y agentes socializadores en la educación integral de la personalidad en niños, adolescentes y jóvenes†. La esencia se centra en las características biológicas, sociales, psicológicas y educativas por las que transitan los niños con retraso mental, las causas y consecuencias que trae para los canalizadores la atención a estos niños. Con la utilización de los diferentes métodos de investigación científica como: histórico y lógico, análisis y síntesis. Se enfatiza en la importancia de la toma de decisiones con respecto a la realización de proyectos de vida, el conocimiento de las características de los niños, análisis críticos de las situaciones cotidianas y de la convivencia.
