La comprensión de lectura en inglés mediante el análisis de textos en diferentes códigos

Abstract

La comprensión de lectura en lengua inglesa es importante para los estudiantes universitarios, tanto en el proceso de aprendizaje de las diferentes asignaturas del currículo como en la investigación científica, sin embargo, los estudiantes de la Universidad Agraria de La Habana “Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez†, no han logrado el grado de desarrollo que necesitan en esta habilidad para alcanzar el nivel B1+ establecido como requisito de graduación, por ello las autoras de este trabajo han determinado como objetivo proponer el análisis de textos en diferentes códigos para contribuir al desarrollo de la compresión de lectura en lengua inglesa. En el trabajo se presenta el análisis del texto pictórico La Gioconda o Mona Lisa y el poema Smile, mediante dos sistemas de ejercicios que contribuyen al desarrollo del gusto estético y de la comprensión de lectura en lengua inglesa y se demuestra la posibilidad de utilizar textos en diferentes códigos para contribuir al desarrollo de esta habilidad.
