La superación continua de los profesionales del INDER en habilidades directivas

Abstract

La dirección es tan antigua como el hombre, en las diferentes formaciones económicas siempre ha habido alguien encargado de dirigir las masas. Es en este proceso de evolución de la especie humana donde se fueron generando avances en la ciencia y la técnica adquiriendo la dirección un carácter de ciencia a partir de los aportes de las diferentes escuelas de la administración científica. El presente trabajo está dirigido a los cuadros, reservas y profesores del INDER en la provincia de Santiago de Cuba. Brinda respuestas novedosas al encargo social del INDER para la etapa actual, en lo referente a la docencia de postgrado. Estaremos mostrando las experiencias en este tipo de suparación.
