La lectura en inglés en los maestros de inglés en formación de escuelas pedagógicas

Abstract

La enseñanza del inglés ha de propiciar el desarrollo de hábitos y habilidades en los futuros educadores que impliquen construir y reconstruir nuevos conocimientos, manifestado en la producción y comprensión de textos orales y escritos sobre temas diversos. Para que los estudiantes adquieran niveles significativos de competencia comunicativa en inglés, una habilidad que es poco trabajada es la lectura. La habilidad leer ha sido investigada por disímiles autores, sin embargo, persisten dificultades en el desarrollo de la misma en los estudiantes de la especialidad Maestros de Inglés de Educación Primaria. En el presente artículo se abordan los puntos principales sobre la importancia del desarrollo de la misma, como una de las habilidades principales para el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico, tales como el histórico lógico y la sistematización teórica.
