La función de orientación para el logro del trabajo educativo

Abstract

La preparación del profesor en el cumplimiento de su función de orientación para el logro del trabajo educativo, requiere de la integración de los factores que componen el colectivo de año. En consonancia con lo planteado, se ofrece un artículo en función de integrar contenidos, para enfrentar este proceso, regulado por determinados requerimientos que permiten ordenar el pensamiento y modos de actuación del colectivo. Está sustentado en la integración coherente de fundamentos sociológicos, psicológicos, pedagógicos y filosóficos para contribuir a resolver la contradicción que se expresa en el conocimiento teórico sobre la preparación del profesor y las exigencias que el modelo de educación establece.
