Capacitación para directores en la atención educativa a escolares con necesidades educativas especiales en el aprendizaje

Abstract

Esta investigación responde a una problemática actual que está relacionada con la preparación de los directores zonales, de la escuela primaria, para orientar, asesorar y controlar el trabajo correctivo-compensatorio en casos de escolares con necesidades educativas especiales en el área del aprendizaje.El objetivo este trabajo está enmarcado en: la elaboración de un programa de capacitación para directores zonales en la atención correctiva-compensatoria a escolares con necesidades educativas especiales en el aprendizaje. Para la implementación de la propuesta de capacitación se asumieron algunas formas de organización de la Educación de Avanzada, donde participaron especialistas de la Educación Especial y del Centro de Diagnóstico y Orientación, como colaboradores de la capacitación, con la finalidad de alcanzar mejores resultados en la preparación de los directores zonales en la atención a esta diversidad de escolares.
