La orientación educativa y los presupuestos de la función orientadora de profesionales de la educación

Abstract

La labor de los profesionales de la educación se redimensiona a la luz de los cambios sociodemográficos de la población cubana, donde la convivencia intergeneracional y el envejecimiento poblacional aparecen como problemáticas a ser atendidas desde procesos educacionales. Ello demanda la sistematización de valiosas experiencias que demuestran el quehacer orientador de maestros y profesores. Teniendo en cuenta esta necesidad, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo revelar particularidades de la función orientadora de profesionales de la educación, a partir de la sistematización de resultados de autores cubanos y extranjeros. Se proponen tareas profesionales que caracterizan dicha función, teniendo en cuenta fundamentos teórico-metodológicos de la Orientación Educativa.
