Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad, aplicar estrategias innovadoras al grupo de docentes de la Unidad Educativa “San Jacinto del Búa†, aplicados a su práctica docente durante el periodo 2019-2020. Mediante un plan de capacitación para así mejorar los estándares de calidad educativa que se aplican en la mencionada institución, intentando responder a la inadecuada aplicación de metodologías y recursos didácticos que no permite que los estudiantes desarrollen un efectivo razonamiento lógico-creativo de modo que puedan comprender de mejor manera los problemas planteados en su vida estudiantil.
