Violência escolar e o processo ensino-aprendizagem de estudantes

Abstract

O presente artigo objetiva investigar como os casos de violência afetam o processo ensino-aprendizagem. Metodologicamente, este estudo engendra-se como qualitativo. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio da observação direta, entrevista semiestruturada e questionário. Os resultados evidenciam que estudantes são diariamente submetidos a casos de violência física e simbólica por meio de apelidos, agressões físicas e bullying. Para professores, gestão escolar e coordenação pedagógica, a violência na escola afeta tanto o trabalho do docente quanto a aprendizagem de alunos. Portanto, diante dos casos de violência aos quais os estudantes são submetidos, é imperativo a escola inserir a questão dessa realidade em pauta de modo a ser mais discutida, bem como buscar alternativas para minimizá-la por meio de ações apontadas pelos estudantes, tais como: trabalho com projetos, fortalecimento da parceria família e escola e, sobretudo, a construção de relações mais afetivas entre professores e alunos.
