Abstract

La evaluación del rendimiento desata muchos discursos y críticas, porque está centrada en las personas, de tal forma que resulta relevante que en el ámbito de la Administración y en particular en la de Recursos Humanos para afrontar características como la ambigüedad e imprecisión que son inherentes a las personas, se apliquen teorías de la complejidad, como la lógica difusa con el objetivo de obtener un mejor énfasis sobre los significados, experiencias y opiniones reflejadas en los instrumentos utilizados en la medición del Rendimiento Laboral Individual.
