Estrategia metodológica para contribuir a la formación jurídica ambiental y al desarrollo local

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se explica la importancia de la preparación jurídica ambiental, así como, el papel que desempeña el profesional de la educación cuando instruye y educa a los estudiantes en los temas jurídicos relacionados con la conservación y el manejo de los recursos del Medio Ambiente. En Cuba, con el proceso de transformación de la Educación Superior y el modelo actual de formación docente, cobra gran relevancia la labor del profesor en la preparación del estudiante a lo largo del proceso de su formación profesional. Además, en la actualidad estos temas están relacionados con el desarrollo local y los impactos de la gestión de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación.
