Modelo pedagógico para la formación profesional inicial de profesores agropecuarios en Pinar del Río

Abstract

Las actuales transformaciones que experimenta la agricultura cubana exige un rediseño en la formación inicial de los profesores agropecuarios que tienen la misión de enseñar la producción agropecuaria en los centros politécnicos de la Educación Técnica y Profesional (ETP) con adecuadas técnicas agroecológicas. En el modelo pedagógico la integración Universidad- Empresa, ha servido como eje dinamizador para el proceso de formación profesional competente donde se armonizan contextos educativos para contribuir al mejoramiento del desempeño.
