Características y competencias de los docentes en los planes y programas de los modelos educativos en educación media superior

Abstract

Durante la historia educativa de México han surgido significantes cambios y reformas con el fin único de mejorar el proceso enseñanza- aprendizaje. El año 2018 ha sido de grandes cambios, debido a que en este año se ha puesto en marcha el Nuevo Modelo Educativo en los diferentes niveles que existen. En Educación Media Superior se ha implementado el Modelo MEPEO, en el cual el centro de atención es el alumno, pero el docente es pieza fundamental ya que es quien está en mayor contacto con el estudiante, por lo cual debe tener competencias, habilidades y sobre todo estar en constante capacitación y actualización docente para mejorar su quehacer académico.
