Potencialidades del texto periodístico para la educación jurídica de los estudiantes de carreras pedagógicas

Abstract

La educación jurídica constituye el proceso de aprendizaje que incluye el conocimiento por los ciudadanos del sistema jurídico vigente en cada país y la adquisición de hábitos que propicien una conducta donde esté presente el acatamiento y respeto de las leyes y demás instrumentos legales del Estado. En correspondencia con estas exigencias, los documentos rectores, establecidos por el Ministerio de Educación Superior en Cuba para la formación del profesional de la educación, insisten en la necesidad de graduar a un educador con una actuación consecuente con la cultura jurídica. En este sentido los textos periodísticos ofrecen múltiples potencialidades para el tratamiento de la educación jurídica. En este artículo se exponen algunas ideas y experiencias al respecto.
