La educación nutricional para un adecuado estilo de vida

Abstract

El presente artículo científico hace referencia a elementos de la Educación Nutricional que posibilitan en el ser humano un adecuado estilo de vida, las distintas posiciones científicas reflejadas pueden contribuir a una mejor concepción hacia la dirección de la Educación Nutricional que desarrollan los profesionales del área de las Ciencias Naturales, sus educandos y a los demás sujetos que estos puedan influir. En el informe científico se destacan procesos esenciales para la formación y desarrollo del individuo desde el punto de vista de su Educación Nutricional que pueden influir positiva o negativamente en los seres humanos en cuanto a su desarrollo físico y el funcionamiento interno del organismo. El conocimiento y cultura acerca de la correcta nutrición contribuye a estilos de vida saludables.
