Estudio de usuario para evaluar la calidad de los servicios bibliotecarios en la Universidad San Gregorio de Portoviejo en el periodo 2017-2018

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la calidad los servicios bibliotecarios, desde la perspectiva de los usuarios de la Universidad San Gregorio de Portoviejo, en el periodo 2017-2018. La metodología tiene un diseño cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo, se desarrolla un análisis documental para fundamentar el estado del arte, y se aplica el test estandarizado LibQual a una muestra significativa de los usuarios de la biblioteca universitaria, para la recolección y análisis de los datos se siguen los lineamientos del modelo LibQual. Los resultados permiten diagnosticar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios sobre los servicios que ofrece la biblioteca, además de proponer estrategias para mejorar la calidad del servicio.
