Propuesta preliminar para gestionar conocimiento en departamentos pedagógicos

Abstract

El artículo expone el tratamiento de la información departamental y elaboración de las memorias como un instrumento de la Gestión del Conocimiento y que plasma el Capital Intelectual de un espacio de Educación Superior. Se describe el método seguido, los conceptos que sustentan la propuesta, siendo el resultado de la reflexión la elaboración de un modelo comprendiendo un conjunto de dimensiones e indicadores que sustentan los procesos de creación y conversión de conocimientos en el dominio elegido.
