La orientación educativa para el desarrollo de la autoestima profesional en los maestros primarios

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta está dirigida a desarrollar la autoestima profesional en los maestros primarios de nivel medio superior, de la Escuela Pedagógica Rita Longa, a través de actividades de orientación educativa, lo cual contribuye a la formación de maestros primarios como ciudadanos capaces y preparados para preservar las conquistas alcanzadas por la Patria. Las actividades de orientación educativa y la valoración de la factibilidad en el proceso de modelación demuestran la contribución positiva al desarrollo de la autoestima profesional en estos estudiantes, que se encuentran en la adolescencia, lo que evidencia que la autoestima profesional puede verse como una cualidad importante en la formación de la personalidad.
