Abstract

La formación inicial y permanente se procesa como una de las acciones más importantes del sistema educativo cubano para la Educación Superior, su principal prioridad es la de formar profesionales competentes para que desde su desempeño basado en una concepción dialéctica de la realidad dirijan el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje con responsabilidad proporcionando una respuesta educativa efectiva para enfrentar los retos que imponen las condiciones sociales actuales a las nuevas generaciones en cualquier contexto educativo.
