Abstract

O acelerado crescimento e desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias em todo o mundo vêm proporcionando mudanças no meio ambiente e na vida da população, levando as pessoas a encararem novos desafios, cuja maioria da sociedade não está preparada para enfrentar. Por conta disso, o investimento em Ciência e Tecnologia (C&T) e em qualificação do capital humano, com o intuito de diminuir os impactos criados pelas mudanças socioeconômicas, se faz necessário para amenizar as incertezas encontradas e assim utilizar recursos ociosos como fontes de crescimento e desenvolvimento.
