Abstract

El perfil profesional constituye el conjunto de conocimientos, habilidades, competencias que debe poseer la secretaria o el secretario para desarrollar de manera eficiente su labor profesional en la oficina, en la formación de este profesional existen cualidades que debe poseer de manera esencial para el desarrollo de sus labores cotidianas, brindar un servicio de calidad y calidez humana a los usuarios, jefe y compañeros de trabajo, para lograr los objetivos metas y a la vez mantener un alto nivel de rendimiento institucional.
