Abstract

Las Instituciones de Educación Superior han tenido la necesidad de establecer sistemas de inteligencia de negocio para ser competitivas entre ellas, luego de la Categorización de las Universidad de Ecuador en el año 2013 estas instituciones han proporcionado a sus trabajadores, nuevas herramientas para la toma de decisiones.
