Abstract

La investigación, está relacionada con el proceso de formación inicial del profesor en el contexto de la unidad docente, a partir de las insuficiencias que se presentan en la práctica pedagógica. En la investigación se presenta un estudio de las diferentes definiciones dadas por varios autores sobre la formación inicial del docente, que posibilita revelar los aspectos en que coinciden y diferencian los criterios de los diferentes autores.
