Abstract

El presente trabajo, es fruto de la actividad científico- metodológica de sus Autores, donde se expone la efectividad del seminario en el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas como tipo de clase en la Educación Superior en la carrera de Derecho. En el desarrollo del mismo se aplicaron diferentes métodos como la observación, la entrevista, la encuesta, la revisión de documentos u otros; presentándose una recopilación de los principales resultados obtenidos en función de la valoración y crítica oportuna del Decreto-Ley No.125/1991 que rige para la herencia de la tierra y demás bienes agropecuarios.
