Abstract

Las investigaciones relacionadas con la superación profesional evidencian disímiles posibilidades para desarrollar habilidades en el uso de los entornos virtuales. Sin embargo, los resultados obtenidos durante el diagnóstico evidencian que los docentes de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus “José Martí†no tienen un amplio dominio para gestionar los recursos que se manejan en las aula virtual y carecen de un grupo de habilidades para llevar a cabo la auto evaluación y la evaluación de los estudiantes, mediante la utilización de actividades de aprendizaje.
