Abstract

La presente investigación busca determinar los criterios que se consideran para la evaluación de los docentes que imparten sus cátedras a los estudiantes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Hispano América de la ciudad de Ambato, no existen normas claras de evaluación, siendo este un inconveniente al momento de evaluar el desempeño docente de los docentes, para ello se ha desarrollado una encuesta para los estudiantes con el fin de indagar cuales son los criterios de evaluación, para valorar los componentes: actitudinales, procedimentales y cognitivos.
