Abstract

La inserción de los Portales Académicos ha sido de gran progreso en las universidades por su contribución al mejoramiento de la docencia en el proceso docente educativo por lo que se exige de un docente mejor preparado y que esté dotado de las habilidades profesionales que le permitan gestionar la información y multiplicarla a los estudiantes de modo tal que constituya como recurso para el aprendizaje.
