Abstract

El proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de Lenguas Extrajeras demanda un educador con una formación holística. El presente trabajo parte de un estudio diagnóstico aplicado a los docentes del departamento a través del cual se ha podido evidenciar la necesidad de elevar las categorias docentes y científicas de los profesores noveles.
