Abstract

No atual cenário em que estamos vivendo, as empresas que buscam gerar motivação aos seus colaboradores, através de uma visão do autorrealização de cada indivíduo, tendem a se tornar mais competitivas diante dos seus concorrentes. Partindo deste ponto, este trabalho aborda a Educação Corporativa como fator de motivação pessoal dentro de empresas do grupo Granja Regina, abordando considerações teóricas sobre motivação, gestão de pessoas e educação corporativa.
