Abstract

El presente estudio muestra los factores de riesgos que inciden en la implementación de una plataforma virtual como medio para desarrollar una oferta académica de carreras de educación superior. Para este análisis fue necesario determinar los procesos ideales por medio de la evaluación de los responsables de la operatividad de la plataforma, estos parámetros de evaluación son los que determina COBIT, por lo tanto si la institución decide tomar decisiones en función de la prevención de riesgos, los determinados por este estudio son los q debe implementar.
