Abstract

La investigación se realiza con el objetivo de analizar las diferentes posiciones que fundamentan la identificación de los públicos en el ejercicio práctico de las Relaciones Públicas. En el trabajo se analiza la importancia de definirlos con acierto para proveer de manera acertada la gestión de las Relaciones Públicas en las organizaciones, por ser este uno de los aspectos esenciales que atentan contra el éxito de las acciones comunicativas que se planifican. Se analizan las definiciones y características de los públicos desde la óptica relacionista que contribuyen a que el proceso de planificación sea más eficiente y personalizado.
