Consideraciones teóricas sobre el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional en el profesional de pedagogía-psicología

Abstract

En la ponencia se aborda algunas consideraciones teóricas generales sobre el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional en el profesional de pedagogía-psicología en formación inicial para el ejercicio de su función orientadora. Se sistematiza la categoría inteligencia emocional en el proceso de formación inicial de los profesionales de la carrera Pedagogía-Psicología, la cual es vista como elemento dinamizador del proceso, en el que se logara elevados niveles de bienestar personal y profesional. Es por esto que es de interés el ejercicio de la función orientadora, la que se favorecerá en la medida en que se desarrolle la inteligencia emocional. La formación inicial de los profesionales de la Educación marca una nueva etapa en la orientación educativa de los profesionales en formación inicial de Pedagogía-Psicología. Está estrechamente relacionada con las diferentes actividades que se realizan a través de los componentes del proceso, en articulación íntima con el sistema de influencias educativas.
