Literatura y desarrollo del lenguaje en los niños de la infancia temprana

Abstract

El artículo ofrece una propuesta pedagógica donde se tiene como centro el uso de textos literarios infantiles para favorecer el desarrollo del lenguaje en niños de la infancia temprana, al tener en cuenta la necesidad de su estimulación, por considerarse en esta etapa se produce el período sensitivo para el desarrollo del lenguaje y por la importancia de este en la formación de la personalidad, lo que impone a los agentes educativos la tarea de perfeccionar los procedimientos pedagógicos a la luz de los nuevos enfoques lingüísticos, al ser el lenguaje principal medio de comunicación y cognición. Las actividades son flexibles y pueden desarrollarse en cualquier contexto siempre teniendo presente la estimulación temprana como proceso educativo básico, pueden realizarse varias acciones a partir de un mismo texto, o sea, acciones concatenadas que permiten cumplir y sistematizar el objetivo propuesto.
