La toma de decisiones: cualidad volitiva a perfeccionar en las atletas de balonmano

Abstract

El trabajo aborda una temática de gran importancia en el desarrollo del Balonmano, teniendo en cuenta las características que deben tener todo atleta que práctica deportes, ya sea durante los entrenamientos o en competencias, de como se manifiestan en la realización de las diferentes acciones que se ejecuta tanto en lo técnico como táctico. El equipo juvenil femenino del Centro Único EIDE Cáp. Oreste Acosta Herrera desde años anteriores ha sido un equipo de muchos desempeños en el terreno, donde sus preparaciones psicológicas han sido de gran ayuda en sus preparaciones deportivas para sus diferentes competiciones, no solo en las atletas, sino además en sus entrenadores. El objetivo que se persigue con esta investigación es la elaboración de acciones educativas para perfeccionar la toma de decisiones durante el entrenamiento en las atletas femeninas de Balonmano. Como resultado, se aporta actividades psicopedagógicas que integra lo psicológico con lo práctico estableciéndose así la unidad dialéctica para lograr el desarrollo de las cualidades individuales durante el desarrollo de los entrenamientos.
