Abstract

La gestión del conocimiento en las organizaciones hoy en día, se ha venido transformando gracias al uso de las nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, con especial énfasis en internet, debido a que se tienen a la disposición herramientas para capturar y difundir grandes cantidades de información de manera inmediata, sin importar el lugar. Cabe destacar que el uso de nuevas herramientas también conlleva la capacitación en nuevas competencias digitales.
