Estrategia para la formación y desarrollo de competencias profesionales generales en los estudiantes de la modalidad semipresencial

Abstract

En Cuba la modalidad semipresencial está difundida en todo el país, garantizando la calidad de los egresados. Se propone una estrategia del proceso de formación de competencias profesionales generales de los estudiantes en la modalidad semipresencial que sustenta la relación de subordinación de las competencias básicas y específicas de la profesión, a las competencias generales. Esta estrategia incluye para su implementación dos acciones específicas: La secuenciación de las competencias profesionales generales propuestas a partir de los ciclos de precedencia y la capacitación al colectivo pedagógico para asumir el proceso de formación profesional.
