La alfabetización digital en Ecuador en el siglo XXI

Abstract

Se presenta un análisis de una de las expresiones empleadas con el uso de dispositivos electrónicos en la comunicación por la sociedad, con el propósito de conocer el grado de discernimiento y proporcionar alternativas de enseñanza – aprendizaje que permitan la transmisión de conocimientos, ideas, imaginación, creatividad, entre otros, por la sociedad actual a nivel mundial. En Ecuador se ha puesto en marcha las políticas públicas en cuanto a educación con la construcción de la sociedad del conocimiento, que promete un cambio radical a mediano y largo plazo con las personas que se capaciten en mencionado establecimiento.
