Educação e trabalho interprofissional em Saúde: panorama da produção científica brasileira

Abstract

O artigo apresenta um estudo bibliométrico da produção brasileira referente à educação e trabalho interprofissional em saúde. A busca foi realizada nas bases de dados Lilacs, Ibecs e Scielo. Utilizou-se como palavras-chaves: “Práticas interdisciplinares†, “Educação em saúde†, “Relações interprofissionais†. Como critérios de inclusão foram considerados: artigos publicados no Brasil, entre os anos de 2012 a 2017, escritos em idioma português, espanhol ou inglês. Na análise dos resultados verificou-se a ampliação do quantitativo de estudos que abordam este tema ao longo do tempo. Estudos de natureza qualitativas são os predominantes, bem como aqueles que têm como sujeitos os profissionais da área da saúde e como interesse a colaboração/relação interprofissional. Os principais resultados apresentados pelos estudos analisados possibilitam constatar que a educação interprofissional é considerada como possibilidade à concretude da integralidade na assistência, mas que há muitos desafios a serem superados.
