Abstract

Los cambios que se han suscitado en los últimos años, en el ámbito educativo, exige de los docentes una actualización permanente que le permita desarrollar principios éticos, competencias del saber, conocer, hacer, querer, ser y convivir, y de esta manera superar la crisis de valores que se evidencian en la sociedad actual. La labor educativa debe asumir el compromiso de coadyuvar el desarrollo integral del individuo, En consecuencia; en este trabajo se realizó una revisión teórica de la Ética Profesional y la práctica docente, así como también los principios de la ética en el ámbito docente, responsabilidad moral, Códigos éticos y la educación en valores, para hacer un acercamiento al escenario de la práctica docente en valores, que permita la producción de principios y l cumplimiento de normas.
