Abstract

El presente artículo se analiza la relación que existe entre el Derecho informático y la informática jurídica, conceptos que muchas veces caen en confusión tanto en su significado o utilización, siendo indispensable que conozcan los profesionales del derecho y de la informática. El derecho informático es un conjunto de principios y normas que regulan los efectos jurídicos de la relación entre el derecho y la informática. (trato, 2013.) La informática jurídica es el conjunto de escritos, normas, reglamentos, autos, acuerdos, doctrina que se encuentran digitalizados y actúan por medio de la Tecnología de la Información, no es propiamente una ciencia, pero si es parte del Derecho Informático.
