Acercamiento al logro de una comunicación competente en el licenciado de pedagogía psicología

Abstract

La comunicación responde a la línea de investigación Competencias interpersonales del proyecto de investigación Competencias de dirección en educación, que se desarrolla en la Universidad de Las Tunas, Cuba. Aborda la importancia de la comunicación en la labor profesional del Licenciado en Pedagogía Psicología en formación inicial, el cual debe exhibir una adecuada comunicación en su modo de actuación. Se proponen indicadores, dimensiones, y niveles de desarrollo para una comunicación competente. Se utilizaron métodos como: análisis síntesis, inducción deducción, histórico lógico, estudio de documentos, encuesta.
