Tips para ser mejor docente y salir de la zona de confort

Abstract

En concreto este artículo hablara de cómo mejorar la calidad del docente en el aula, a nivel Licenciatura. Ya que en los últimos años ha decaído la estimulación docente para así fomentar la enseñanza-aprendizaje. En lo cual consideramos que el docente necesita salir de la zona de confort y encontrar la motivación necesaria para que suba el nivel para mejorar sus técnicas, y aplicaciones para desarrollar un buen papel frente a grupo y así obtener mejores resultados tanto con él, como con los educandos, Recordemos que si hay un docente motivado y con recursos materiales para dar la clase, se obtendrá el objetivo de aprendizaje.
