Gestionando La Calidad En La Educaciã“N Superior

Abstract

La calidad en la educación superior es un aspecto importante que está recibiendo cada vez más atención por parte de los académicos y los directivos. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar el papel de los actores clave involucrados en el proceso de transferencia del conocimiento orientado a la implementación de sistemas de gestión de la calidad en instituciones de educación superior y ganar en la comprensión de la influencia de la cultura organizacional en el éxito de este tipo de innovaciones organizacionales. Esta investigación cualitativa se basa en un caso de estudio, referido una propuesta de sistema de gestión de la calidad para la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Debido al carácter interactivo de este tipo de innovaciones, su éxito depende de las habilidades de los directivos intermedios como agentes del cambio y de las capacidades estratégicas de la alta dirección. Además, la cultura organizacional y las condiciones de la organización influyen en su habilidad para aplicar el conocimiento transmitido.
