Abstract

La formación de directivos constituye una herramienta vital de las empresas para aumentar su capacidad competitiva en el mercado. Ello ha condicionado diferentes mecanismos para lograr dicho objetivo. Sin lugar a dudas los vínculos Universidad – Empresa se ha configurado como un espacio de formación que está augurando muy buenos resultados. En este artículo se hacen un conjunto de valoraciones al respecto.
