El Juego De Roles Una Forma Especial De Educar A Los Niã‘Os

Abstract

Actualmente en Cuba el logro de la calidad del proceso de universalización de la educación superior condujo a cambios en programas y currículos de estudio, con el fin de formar profesionales preparados para enfrentar los retos del mundo moderno, esta formación se centra en cuatro componentes fundamentales: académico, extensionista, investigativo y laboral. A este último se hace referencia en el presente artículo en función de dar respuesta al siguiente problema científico: ¿cómo potenciar la preparación de las educadoras en formación para dirigir adecuadamente le juego de roles? , dándole cumplimiento al objetivo: aplicar talleres metodológicos dirigidos a potenciar la preparación de las educadoras para dirigir adecuadamente los componentes estructurales del juego de roles. El diagnóstico inicial permitió conocer las potencialidades y carencias que tenían las educadoras en formación. Los métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos sirvieron de base para el desarrollo de las etapas de la investigación, pudiéndose constatar que se elevaron los resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos respecto al problema objeto de estudio favoreciendo la preparación de las educadoras en formación para reforzar su labor educativa y por ende la calidad del proceso docente educativo.
