Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la efectividad de la comunicación durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el aula universitaria. En el desarrollo del trabajo se analizaron cuatro variables: estilo comunicativo, socio-psicológicas, didácticas y de oratoria, las que permitieron seguir un orden lógico en la investigación trabajo y constituyen además una metodología para revelar las principales problemáticas que afectan hoy dicho proceso en los escenarios docentes. Para su realización se utilizaron los métodos teóricos: histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, los métodos empíricos: encuestas, entrevistas y la observación y como métodos estadísticos: estadística descriptiva.
